DISC workplace

We invited lecturers to set up DISC workplace knowledge skills, and teacher Jun Wei leaded everyone to explore themselves.The content of the course is self-awareness, understanding of different personality traits and improve communication skills Using effective communication to create good interpersonal relationships and building team consensus.Using a simple personality test in the activity to find out the characteristics and behavior styles of each individual in class,through interactive games, we would like to improve communication skills and also increase teamwork spirit
