實驗報告 § AT-710自動電位滴定儀
永寬化學導入一台AT-710自動電位滴定儀，以提升實驗室分析效率與準確度，例如應用於總酸價 (TAN)、總鹼價 (TBN)、環氧當量 (EEW)、羥值 (OH Value)及異氰酸酯基 (–NCO)含量等項目分析 (圖1)。AT-710 是利用電位滴定 (Potentiometric Titration)來進行分析。透過電極感測液體中離子濃度的變化，來判斷反應進行的程度。當逐步加入滴定液時，儀器會自動記錄電位與滴定量的變化，而當反應接近完成，電位會出現明顯的改變，系統則透過微分計算來精準判定當量點 (圖2藍色曲線)。以酸價測定為例，黃色曲線是pH值隨滴定劑體積變化的趨勢，當曲線出現彎折，同時對應藍色曲線的最高峰，則清楚表示反應剛好到達終點，即為當量點。系統會依據這些變化自動計算樣品濃度，讓分析過程快速又準確。我們邀請原廠技術人員到廠進行校正與操作訓練，課程內容包含電極維護、軟體設定、滴定液標定與異常判斷等實務操作 (圖3)。藉由這台儀器，實驗室的分析準確性與判讀能力，將持續朝向高精度與高效率的目標邁進。

關於永寬 § 三天兩夜的嘉明湖
公司發起三天兩夜嘉明湖登山之旅，此路線具有挑戰性，僅對有登山經驗的同仁開放，本次共有12人參加。大夥在凌晨3點集合出發，為了安全，我們結伴同行。登山過程很累人，沿途經過向陽山與三叉山，每一步都考驗著毅力與體力。第三天，約莫走13 km終於抵達譽為「天使的眼淚」－嘉明湖。有人笑說：「中途一度想放棄，多虧有大家一路加油打氣，當我站在山頭回頭望，才發現原來自己也不簡單！」我們也鼓勵同仁參加戶外活動、親近自然。12月，將會舉辦「一日登兩百岳」活動，到時候再與您分享精彩的活動內容！
知識交流 § 熱固性高分子有剪切降伏的特徵嗎？
材料受應力的時候會有應變，當應力到達最大值之後隨即變小，應變繼續增加，代表分子鏈滑動，這種現象就叫剪切降伏。熱固性材料是網狀結構，在抗拉模式的時候分子鏈會斷裂產生空孔，形成裂縫因此破壞，所以看不到剪切降伏的特徵。一樣的材料在抗壓模式的實驗中，壓力會抑制空孔的發生，因此可以看到分子鏈滑動的特性，也就是會有剪切降伏的特徵。
雙週好球 § 興趣源自於生活
興趣往往源自於日常生活中的小細節。還記得在大學期間，我偶然迷上了觀看別人製作手帳的影片。看著他們將生活、工作或靈感，透過照片、貼紙與文字組合成一本本充滿故事的本子，我覺得非常有趣，也很想嘗試看看。於是當時的我，對於自己隱隱存在的藝術細胞有著過人的自信，也興致勃勃地投入其中，就開始用自己的方式去記下日常的生活碎片。
我習慣隨手按下相機快門，把大學裡的各種事情，用照片與文字拼貼起來。有時是與朋友聚餐，有時是某個犯傻時刻，也或許只是校園的點滴。透過這些片段，我逐漸建構出一本屬於自己的青春紀錄。我深知，如果不這樣留下痕跡，這些片刻將會隨著時間流逝而悄悄淡去。隨著時間累積，我的紀錄本很快地接近完成。當我一頁一頁翻閱時，彷彿又能回到那些當下，重新感受曾經的歡笑、努力與感動。對我來說，這不僅是一本書，更像是一個承載記憶的寶盒。或許在未來的某一天，當我年華漸長，再次翻開它時，依然能夠感受到那段青春歲月的溫度，並且提醒自己，生命中每個看似平凡的瞬間，其實都值得被珍藏。
