實驗報告 § SMT用紅膠 紅膠 (貼片紅膠)是電子組裝製程中，用來固定元件的材料， 可確保元件安全通過後續的高溫與震動流程。 在「表面黏著技術」(SMT)製程中，常可看到電阻、電容等小型元件下方有一小團紅色膠狀物體 (圖1,2)。其作用是在回焊 (Reflow)前，於元件中心形成固定「膠墩」，避免元件因震動、氣流或高溫而移位或掉落。而紅色的顏色，則是為了讓設備與作業人員能夠清楚辨識膠點位置，提升製程確認效率。 其實真正考驗紅膠材料性能的關鍵， 是在尚未加熱固化前的階段 。膠點必須保持尖挺、不塌陷，出膠量須要精準控制。太多若溢出會影響元件腳位，太少則無法有效固定。如果在等待時間較長或產線暫停時，膠點的高度仍需維持穩定，避免元件高度不一致，而影響焊接品質。尤其在高Ti (腳位高、腳細)的元件應用中更為重要。紅膠是成熟且穩定的材料，永寬提供JC711-6、JC711-27、JC812-2、JD459-3 (PLCC專用)等多樣產品，可依黏度、固化條件與元件類型，選擇合適的型號搭配使用 (圖3)。 ─作者：賴明秀 小姐 關於永寬 § 研發同仁獲邀到雲科大演講...
