實驗報告  § 速乾型網版接著劑 網版印刷為一項歷史悠久且應用廣泛的印刷技術,核心原理是利用網版作為模板,讓油墨透過網布轉移至印刷物表面。此技術常應用於紡織品印刷、包裝印刷,甚至是儀器面板與電路板的印刷等。 網版是印刷過程的關鍵,不同產業需求會選用不同的網布和框架,以接著劑將它們黏合做成網版 (圖1)。製作過程先使用張網機拉撐網布至指定的張力值,再將框架放置於張網機底板刷塗接著劑 (圖2)。双液型的接著劑NH205系列能夠常溫固化,適合聚酯網布與金屬框架,可耐張力超過18N/cm (圖3)。其中NH205-8具有極佳的耐溶劑性,網版清洗時不會脫層。NH205-16與NH205-17具有卓越的操作性能,表乾時間僅約2-3分鐘,硬化時間約10-15分鐘,可使用時間則長達3小時以上。AB劑混合後的黏度隨時間變化,即使經過5小時,黏度僅有2,000~2,500 cps左右,仍可進行良好的刷塗且不垂流 (圖4)。完全固化後,膠層可耐醇類、酮類、脂肪烴與芳香烴等溶劑擦拭,也能承受一般清潔劑的清洗。歡迎有興趣的您與我們聯繫。 -作者:許秉程 先生 關於永寬  § 守護我們的星球...
