Application: The Erichsen cupping tester is an instrument used to determine the cold stamping deformation performance of sheet metal and strip. 所謂杯突試驗用於測定金屬板材和帶材的冷沖壓變形性能的試驗的儀器。將一個端部為球形的沖頭對著一個被夾緊在墊模和壓膜內的試樣進行沖壓形成一個凹痕,直到出現一條穿透裂紋,沖頭位移測得的凹痕深度即為試驗結果。即用一定規格的鋼球或球狀沖頭,向周邊具有10kN夾緊力的試樣施加壓力,直到試樣產生穿透裂縫為止,此時沖頭壓入深度(mm),即為板材的杯突值,此杯突值用來判斷材料的塑性變形性能。衝杯試驗是使薄板、帶材的圓片(Ø60 )試樣壓緊於壓邊圈與沖模之間,在沖頭施加的衝力作用下,沿徑向產生延伸及彎曲塑性變形而一次拉延成圓柱杯,用來測定材料以製耳率為標誌的各向異性。
