JE720系列是針對電子產品封裝應用所開發的膠水，本產品混合後具有良好的操作性及流動性，同時符合低鹵素的要求。固化後具有良好的韌性及機械性能，在冷熱衝擊測試中有優異的抗龜裂效果，冷熱衝擊條件-40°C~105°C，測試條件1000回。本產品應用於客戶端實際驗證，經過多項嚴苛環境測試後，EX: 85°C/85%RH 1000hr、125°C/2000hr、漏電流測試、絕緣阻抗強度測試、電壓耐受測試後，材料仍保有一定機械性能，可確保終端產品的耐久性符合市場要求。本產品混合比例為2:1，在一般使用上易於混合操作，不會有混合比例懸殊的情況，搭配自動化點膠設備，可有效提升產能，滿足客戶生產工藝。本產品硬化後對於金屬具有優異的接著強度，可運用在對於需要對於金屬材質有較高黏著力的產品應用上。本產品硬化後具有優異的光澤度及不會產生油膩現象。可滿足客戶外觀件需求。本產品在80°C/40min後即具備一定反應率，可有效提升產線製程速率。
