In order to be cured thoroughly, this product can be pre-cured by UV irradiation and post curing by moisture, so as to avoid the poor electrical performance of the product due to the uncured adhesive. What’s more, this product can be applied to electronic control boards in various industries. After completing all the electronic component manufacturing processes through SMT, then use soaking, coating, spraying and other methods to coat adhesive. Furthermore, use UV equipment in cooperation with a tunnel furnace to make in UV cured and post cured at room temperature for three to five days. Finally, you can conduct electrical tests.
