Experiment § Nylon adhesion promotion

Nylon is a thermoplastic crystalline plastic. Compared with other thermoplastic plastics, Nylon provides a good balance of strength, ductility, wear-resistance, and heat resistance, so it has become commonly used as engineering plastic. And because Nylon is a crystalline plastic, it is more difficult to bond than ordinary plastic. At present, our company has developed a Nylon treatment agent and high-strength resin for Nylon plastic bonding. By using the treatment agent with an appropriate adhesive, the bonding strength can exceed the strength of the Nylon material itself. Those who are interested can contact our company. The figure on the left shows the tensile test of the connection between the Nylon and the aluminum tube. The white part on the top is the Nylon 6 workpiece, and the bottom is the aluminum tube. The maximum bonding strength can reach 1,200kgf. The aluminum pipe on the left of the right figure is a standard aluminum pipe before the strength test, and the right figure on the right is the aluminum pipe that broke after the strength test. The strong pulling force of the colloid makes the Nylon and the aluminum tube adhere firmly and tightly together, and the joint between the bottom of the aluminum tube and the machine is broken due to the strong pulling force.

Activity § Dale Carnegie Class completes

After three months and twelve lectures, the Everwide Carnegie Class, divided into two levels, and 64 colleagues participated, finally ended. Carnegie's training focuses on five driving forces: self-confidence, interpersonal relationships, communication, leadership, and dealing with stress positively. It teaches us to look at things from the perspective of others, put ourselves in consideration for others, establish an equal communication channel, and face difficulties: attitudes and ways to relieve stress. The climax of the graduation day was when everyone voted for the "Highest Achievement Award," which was won by Xuan-hong, Shen (left) and Ren-jie, Zheng (right). At the end of the class, everyone and the hard-working teachers and seniors high-five goodbye. They hoped that they would continue to practice the principles learned in training and make a better future!

 

Knowledge § Is there any relationship between the viscosity of the adhesive and its adhesive strength?

Many customers use the colloquial expression of adhesion strength as viscosity. Viscosity and adhesion strength are two different things. Then the strength is affected by many variables, and viscosity is one of the possible but not necessary factors. Based on the same chemical structure, the adhesive with low viscosity has better penetration ability on the material's surface and may obtain better adhesive strength. As for how high the viscosity should be, there will be a big difference in penetration ability, resulting in a significant decrease in the subsequent strength. Different composition conditions are not the same, and it is necessary to rely on experiments to verify. However, generally speaking, the permeability will become very poor when the viscosity is high enough that the shook phenomenon occurs. Then the strength will be worse than the composition without shook. However, there are a few examples to the contrary. When the viscosity of the adhesive is too low, the adhesive gel becomes very thin, resulting in poor adhesive strength.

 

Living § Management method

In a particular foreign training class, the teacher mentioned a concept: "Management is not one set, but one method." Literally, management is not a fixed model but a direction that can be followed. There are often bosses who think that as long as they send their employees out to attend a few lectures, they can directly apply the set of things in the class to the company when they come back and solve the problems they are facing at the moment. And think about it is very intriguing from a logical point of view. I often see books about making friends with the opposite sex and publishing them continuously on the market, but I have never heard that someone has become a master of the opposite sex after reading these books. Since then, the road of love has been smooth. Why? If you think about it carefully, you can discover the truth in the scorpion: that is because everyone's original family, growth process, and school history are different. Even if you use your heart to search, it is almost impossible to find the opposite sex with the same "personality." Because these situations are different, how can it be possible to use the same model to pursue the opposite sex? Compared with the above example of making friends, there are more uncertain factors in company management, such as industrial characteristics, scale, age of the organization, human quality, supervisor's employment, performance and training policies, etc. They are all different. You may learn a simple logic and apply it directly to the company, hoping that it will be effective and solve problems. In addition, the current standard management model will become impractical due to the passage of time and changes in the external environment. We can understand from these perspectives that management is not a set of formulas for solving problems but a direction for constant thinking. To make "management" more effective, I think that in addition to "learning a lot," I also need to "observe" with my heart, communicate "communication" with others, and then continue to "analyze" and "improve" to create "one method" that suits your company.
