Everwide Chemical participated in the 2008 Taipei International Electronics Show from October 7 to October 11, 2008. The scale of this exhibition is the largest mobilized exhibition ever. The exhibition grounds were very lively and crowded with visitors. Everwide Chemical has always expected that this exhibition can bring everyone a refreshing feeling, and convey the spirit of Everwide Chemical to every customer and visitor who comes to the exhibition. Experiment § Backlight module for LCD panel
What is a backlight module? The backlight module is one of the key components of a liquid crystal display panel (LCD panel). Since the liquid crystal itself does not emit light, the function of the backlight module is to supply sufficient brightness and evenly distributed light sources so that it can display images normally. Knowledge § What is UL Card?
1.Material Dsg: The name of the raw material, in this case it is marked as Epoxy Potting Compound (EP(Potting)), Flame Retardant, designated “Epowide” furnished as 2 Liquid Components. 7391.
2.Color: Color, ALL all colors, CL transparent, NC natural color, BK black. 3.Min Thk: the thinnest thickness, the unit is mm.
4.Flame Class: Resistance grade, divided into V-0, V-1, V-2, HB and 5VA.
5.HWI: the ignition time of the hot wire, it represents the time required to pass current to the resistance coil to generate heat and make the test piece ignite and the unit is seconds.
6.HAI: The ignition time of the high-ampere arc, which represents the time required to make the test piece ignite after testing the arc for several times, and the unit is the number of times. 7. RTI: Temperature index, which is divided into two categories: electrical properties (Elec) and mechanical properties (Mech). The mechanical properties are further subdivided into two types: Imp and no Str. According to the requirements of the finished product, the higher the temperature, the better, the unit is °C.
8. HVTR: High-voltage arc track rate test, it represents the arc generated by high-voltage electricity, and the arc produces the length of the imprinted track on the test piece at a certain time, the unit is mm/min.
9.D495: Arc resistance test, the unit is second.
10.CTI: The track index is generated, which means that after 50 drops of a specific solution are dropped on the surface of the test piece, it starts to pass the voltage until the voltage required to generate the branding mark, the unit is volts.
Living §About the experience of exhibiting at the 2008 Taipei International Electronics Show
This year's International Electronics Show is the second International Electronics Show I have attended since I came to Everwide. In fact, I didn't have any hope at first, because my first experience was that when people passed by our booth, they just glanced and walked past, and few people stopped. If there are visitors who stop by unexpectedly, they usually ask: "Are you doing C-MOS?" It is really uncomfortable to see that the nearby stalls are crowded, but our stall is deserted. Therefore, I was originally not optimistic about this year's International Electronics Show. In the past, the exhibition was usually planned by the business department, but this time the boss wanted to be planned by the R&D department. After receiving the news, I shouted SOS in my heart. Everyone has no experience in exhibiting, and is almost unsure how to make something that attracts attention, this subject is really difficult! Fortunately, the boss said straight to the point at the beginning: "We must first set a theme, be topical, and exhibit highlights." In fact, we are very troubled. In addition to coming up with a theme, we also need to integrate everyone's opinions and finally put them together. The process is really not easy. The good news is that I think our exhibition this time is better than expected. Although the number of people who come to our booth is not endless, the number of inquiries is also high! Whether it is our bicycle, the load test of the second group, the prepreg of the fourth group, or even the hydrolyzed glue of the first group, they are all very HOT exhibits. And many visitors know that our company is "selling glue", which is very gratifying. It is worth mentioning that several "strangers" who visited the exhibition told me: "Your things are very cool!" "Your glue is very strong!" "Your bicycles are beautiful!" "Your things are very novel! "The point is that everyone who came to our booth was happy! Although our booth does not have bright packaging, we give people a warm smile, a desire for knowledge, a kind service, and a source of happiness. What we exhibit is not only our brand, but also the spirit of Everwide Chemical. I hope this motivation will continue to be extended. Come on!
