Experiment § Double-sided thermally conductive tape
The gap between heating element and thermally conductive element need to be filled with thermally conductive materials to form an excellent heat transfer (Figure 1-3). The main bodies of thermally conductive materials are silicone rubber, and be added inorganic powder to achieve the purpose. However, this design has some disadvantages, such as precipitation of silicone oil, contaminated workpieces and affecting heat transfer efficiency. We have developed non-silicon thermally conductive tape, which is mainly made of acrylic resin with high elongation. This product is cured by UV system to meet the requirement of solvent-free (Figure 4). The mixing of acrylic adhesive and thermally conductive powder are the key point technologies. The high proportion of filler often leads to poor ductility of the tape, causing it easy to tear and loss of adhesion to components (Figure 5). After considerable efforts, our photo-curing resin can be mixed with 65-70% of inorganic powder. The double-sided thermally conductive tape exhibits softness, thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and adhesion after curing (Figure 6). We offer several options to the users.

Activity § On-the-job training
In order to the trade liberalization, the Ministry of Labor promote industry training, that it improves the work knowledge & skills, and assists companies to develop human capital. This is the reason why on-the-job training is subsidized. The application period is from May 30 to September 28 in this year. Regardless of the length of the schedule and the amount of subsidies, we apply for this plan every year. In fact, our company has invested much more than government subsidies. We hope we could improve our employee training by supervision of the government. Figure 1 is internal courses DVD over these years, and Figure 2 is the handout for this year's course. They look very thick, don't they? Every factory is engaged in production, but the cores are the development and knowledge. The education and training are really important in this case. Although it is not easy to build, we can build a strong and stable structure through the TTQS quality system, on-the-job training and other methods. If we can understand more about it and focus on it. It will be very helpful for us.
Knowledge § What is Hydrolysis stabilizer？
Moisture affects various properties of polymers. From the perspective of raw materials, silicone rubber, modified silicone rubber or isocyanate will react quickly with water. We should add moisture scavenger during storage to maintain the stability of the raw materials. For cured polymers, moisture may also have unintended effects. For example, the structure of polyesters and polyamides will cause reverse reaction due to moisture, and produce acid products. This product will make the polymer hydrolysis faster and faster, the molecular weight will drop, and the strength will decline greatly. Conversely, hydrolysis stabilizer can quickly react with acid to avoid further hydrolysis reaction, so that the polymer has better strength maintenance rate under high temperature and high humidity environment. Due to the different reasons for the influence of moisture on polymers, it is difficult to use an additive to solve all problems. It is necessary to start with the principle.
Living § My trip in Africa (3)
Love knows no borders. In all corners of the world, there are many kindness and love stories to warm people in the world. We came to the "WORLD RESCUE" orphanage, a non-governmental charity orphanage. The babies and children are all orphans in this orphanage. In charge person is American, and the funds are from church's donation. I admire her courage because they are really do the "WORLD RESCUE" from the other side of the country. The world also makes our hearts more satisfied and rich because of love. In Swahili, BINTI means girl. There are a lot of BINTIs in Africa who are troubled by period, and even drop out of school because of this problem. "Love Girl Project" provides and guides young african girl to make cloth sanitary napkins, and also teach them sewing skills. Each cloth sanitary napkin can be washed repeatedly, and can be used for about three years. This project solve the girls problems during menstruation. After the volunteer trip, we had taken bus for 8 hours from Kitale to Nairobi International Airport, and then transfer two flights about 20 hours back to Taiwan. In Africa, there is a group of unrepentant and selfless volunteers who work hard to allow people of different races to live in fairness and dignity in all corners of the earth. May God care for these people! Remember to discard your superiority and prejudice before going to Africa, and then full of love, gratitude and humility!
