Experiment § Low-density foam sheet
Customers need low-density foamed sheets, including the requirements of sheets, large magnification, good mold release, easy handling, non-sticking, and low price. We offer foam resin, which is in the form of a sheet at room temperature, and the shipping specification is 50cm*50cm, and the thickness is 1 mm (Figure 1). The material has self-adhesive properties, suitable for sheet, tubular, and irregularly formed workpieces, mostly used in lightweight industries. For example, sporting goods, bicycles, etc. The molding temperature is 150 °C at high temperatures, and the expansion rate will be about 20 times higher after baking for 20 minutes. The density before foaming was about 0.9g/cm3, and the density after foaming was about 0.04 g/cm3. The overall foaming effect is good, and there will be no uneven foaming in some areas. The material has a low-density foaming effect, so it can still be finely and homogeneous at high temperatures (Figure 2). The service life is six months at room temperature, and the storage stability is good. The special advantage of this product is that it is non-solvent-based, but after foam molding, it may collapse at 150°C for a long time, so special care should be taken before use (Figure 3). Activity § Joyful public welfare and quiet play
It makes sense for those in need to benefit from our strengths. Last year, we partnered with the Ma Joy Foundation to order Joy dumplings every month, and our colleagues purchased 200 packs worth 32,030 NT dollars. 314 invoices were donated to the Huashan Foundation donation box in the factory, and a total of 13,606 NT dollars was received (Figure 1). Knowledge § The principle of removing air bubbles in a pressure oven
The pressure oven can cure the resin in an environment of 6-8kg/cm2, which is 6-8 times the atmospheric pressure, making the bubble volume in the resin become 1/6-1/8 of the original. The gas in the bubble enters the resin through the process of dissolution and diffusion, and the remaining volume is smaller. Pressure ovens are sometimes equivalent to vacuuming equipment, vacuum pumping to expand bubbles, and breaking vacuum to shrink bubbles. Repeating this step will cause the bubbles to move, running from the part void to the resin surface to be removed. The remaining bubbles are then pressurized to minimize, and finally, the resin can cure under pressure. The pressure of the pressure oven can reduce the empty holes during processing and the bubbles generated during curing to help the resin fill the tiny gaps, which is a common device in the electronics industry.

Board games are an indispensable activity for friend gatherings and family reunions. My family, friends, and I love to try board games, and we get together at home every two weeks. There are many types of board games, and everyone's favorite genre is different. If you want to let each player has the best experience, the most suitable number of people is about 5~6 people. My most recommended large-scale board game is "7 Wonders", with a maximum of 7 people. Small board games recommend " Legends of the three kingdoms, "a strategy game. If you want to win a board game, in addition to being familiar with the game's rules, luck and teammates are also important. However, I attach more importance to the gains and happy atmosphere in the process, whether it is losing or winning.
