Experiment § Two-component 1:1 low surface energy heterogeneous adhesive
In 2020, we developed two-component 10:1, room temperature curing low surface energy acrylic adhesives, KA003 and KA005 (refer to biweekly reports No. 324, No. 332). The product does not need to undergo special surface treatment, and the adhesive has excellent adhesion to many materials with low surface energy after curing. Examples include polyamide (PA), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and thermoplastic polyolefin elastomers (TPO). After using feedback, the customer wanted to adjust the A: B ratio from 10:1 to 1:1. In addition to the fact that 1:1 equipment is more widely used, the mixing ratio error of the production line is reduced to improve efficiency (Figure 1). According to the demand, we have successfully developed a new two-component 1:1 acrylic structural adhesive that can cure at room temperature. The product type is KA013. KA013 maintains the characteristics of KA005, and for many surface-inert materials such as PA, PP, etc., there is no need for surface treatment and Primer, which has a good splicing strength effect (Figure 2). During testing, most substrates undergo Cohesive failure, which means that the adhesive strength is greater than the strength of the material. In addition to the KA013, we have recently developed the KA014, which has the characteristics of the KA003 but has a 1:1 mixing ratio. We deploy different ratios, such as 2:1 and 4:1, according to different equipment of customers so that customers can choose the right product according to the machine. Activity § Indonesia International Auto Parts Exhibition
On May 24~26, we participated in the Indonesia International Auto Parts Exhibition held in Jakarta. This exhibition is the largest related exhibition in Southeast Asia, and the after-sales service of auto parts is its focus. During the three-day exhibition, about 25,000 visitors were visited. The urbanization of Indonesia has driven the demand for electric locomotives, and we are focusing on related parts and adhesives used (Figure 1~3). Our booth received a lot of praise, and everyone was very happy to have this result the first time, and we agreed to come back next time (Figure 4, 5).
Knowledge § When to use wetting dispersing agents? (3)
Sometimes there is a force between the powders, and it is easy to get together. The presence of air and moisture in the voids of this structure will further hinder their dispersion in the liquid. When the resin can be unfolded on the surface of the powder with the help of wetting dispersing agents, it will naturally cause the agglomerated powder to disintegrate and easily disperse in the liquid. The structure of one end of the wetting dispersing agent has a force on the powder and the granular. The structure of the other end will stretch in the liquid, which will form a three-dimensional barrier on the surface of the powder and granule, preventing the powder and mitochondria from agglomerating close to each other and achieving the purpose of stability.
Living § Mouth-watering vegetable delicacies
I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and eating delicious food is a great joy in life. Here are some of the vegetable shops I frequent! The first brunch was a very characteristic old mansion with a wide range of dishes, and what surprised me the most was the delicious ingredients of the burgers, which can be eaten in one bite with multiple flavors. The second Hankaku vegetable food includes bibimbap, army pot, Korean pancakes, etc., which are rich, spicy, and delicious. The Hong Kong-style cuisine at Baoda Tea Restaurant is more diverse, with flowing golden quicksand bags, as well as sausage flour, pineapple shrimp balls, sumai, etc... The dishes are exquisite, we ordered several dishes to eat separately, and the cost was not expensive. Then there's my favorite, Verdure Restaurant, which I go to with friends when I have time, and my favorite is the rich and savory salted egg yolk pasta, as well as the oversized, oversized pizza that cheese controllers can visit! As for desserts, there are brownie ice cream, cheesecake, baked cloth, ice cream pearl muffins, etc., and the presentation is super beautiful. Vegetarian food also has many gourmet dishes, pay attention to and choose the right diet combination, and you can easily achieve nutritional balance. A vegetarian diet can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and chronic diseases, make the body healthier, protect the environment, protect animal rights, and many other benefits.
