Experiment § UV-Curable Acrylic Balancing Adhesive

With continuous advancements in technology, the rapid development of robotic arms and miniaturized computers has driven increasingly stringent requirements for balancing adhesives in the electronics and mechanical industries. To protect components from damage caused by imbalance or vibration. Our formulation design focuses on four key directions: increasing material density, enhancing light curing depth, improving adhesion to various substrates, and reducing curing energy requirements. As electronic devices trend toward being thinner, smaller, and lighter, effectively filling limited spaces with high-density materials that fully cure presents a significant technical challenge. Particularly, a high content of inorganic fillers tends to block light penetration, resulting in insufficient internal curing, which adversely affects structural stability and service life (Figure 1). Therefore, the balancing adhesive formulations must be precisely engineered and controlled to strike a balance between processability and functional performance. To address these challenges, we developed the FR543 and FR560 series, conducting reaction experiments under different wavelength light sources. The FR543, with a density of 2.0, is suitable for LED at 365 nm, requiring a curing energy of 15,000 mJ/cm² and achieving a curing depth of 3 mm. Thrust tests were also performed according to customer specifications (Figures 2 and 3). FR560, with a density of 2.5, is designed for use with LED at 405 nm, requiring a curing energy of 9,000 mJ/cm² and achieving a curing depth of 2 mm (Figure 4). Shear strength tests were conducted using substrates Al6061 and reinforced glass as per the client's requirements. Activity § Annual Employee Medical Examination

Taking care of our employees’ health is a top priority for us. Each year, we invite a professional medical team to our facility to conduct health checkups for all employees. This initiative encourages our team members to stay informed about their health status, helping to detect and prevent potential illnesses early. In addition to standard screening items, we also offer advanced examinations such as bone density tests, chest X-rays, electrocardiograms (ECG), as well as abdominal and carotid artery ultrasound scans. Once the health reports are available, employees can consult with our on-site doctors and nurses to better understand their results and receive professional medical advice.
Knowledge § What is dynamic fatigue?(2)
Polymeric materials are not perfect elastomers; they exhibit viscoelastic behavior. During dynamic motion, intermolecular friction causes energy dissipation, leading to a temperature rise within the material. Increasing the frequency or maximum stress of dynamic loading further elevates the degree of temperature rise. As the material undergoes repeated motion, its internal temperature increases until it reaches thermal equilibrium with the surrounding environment. In some cases, this temperature may exceed the glass transition temperature (Tg) or even the melting temperature (Tm). At elevated temperatures, the material may undergo excessive plastic flow, leading to deformation—this phenomenon is known as thermal fatigue failure, a specific type of dynamic fatigue failure.
Living § An Unexpected Journey to Singapore

Last summer, I checked off a major item on my life’s bucket list: traveling abroad with friends! This trip came about quite unexpectedly—it all started when I managed to grab tickets to my idol’s concert in Singapore. Originally, it was intended to be a brief getaway to enjoy a performance and unwind. But to my surprise, it completely changed how I viewed Singapore. During the trip, we visited Gardens by the Bay and the stunning indoor waterfall at Changi Airport, and explored the city’s diverse architectural styles. The local cuisine—laksa, bak kut teh, and Hainanese chicken rice—was absolutely unforgettable. The city left a deep impression on me: clean, well-organized, with efficient transportation and a vibrant mix of cultures. Before the trip, I’d seen many online reviews calling Singapore’s attractions dull, the weather unbearably hot, and the prices sky-high. So I didn’t have particularly high expectations. But once I arrived, all those preconceived notions quickly disappeared. I realized that sometimes, it’s far better to see and feel things for yourself than to rely on second-hand opinions. After returning home, we all laughed and said, “Next time, let’s just go for the trip—even without a concert!”The best journeys often aren’t the ones we meticulously plan, but the ones that happen by chance, bringing unexpected memories and discoveries along the way. — Author: Ms. Pang Tzu-Yu
