Everwide's R&D department has developed PET coating UV ink, which is mainly used for moisture-proof insulation on PET flexible boards and is used in the wiring industry and printed circuit boards. There are many types of PET sheets, and FT2680 can bond Nan-ya untreated PET sheets. It has the characteristics of bendability, good surface dryness, and 100 grid strength after the ring test. The advantage of printing UV is that it replaces the traditional tape-sticking process, which requires person-hours such as cutting, alignment, and air-squeezing. Replacing the sticking process with UV ink is an application worth looking forward to.

Process § Material preparation and calculation
Our manufacturing operations can be roughly divided into ten steps: material preparation → calculation → weighing → stirring → grinding → defoaming → filling → packaging → storage/delivery → improvement. In the following few issues, let us introduce the manufacturing process of Everwide Chemical in detail!
(1) Material preparation: Our raw materials can be roughly divided into powder and liquid. The raw materials of powder are one box or one bag, and the raw materials of the liquid are barrel by barrel. The base resin is poured from the tanker into the storage tank for storage. Our raw materials are adequately stocked, which is a solid foundation for us to supply customers stably.
(2) Calculation: Before each manufacturing operation is started, the management department will print the operation manual, and the relevant R&D personnel will check whether there are any errors, calculate the appropriate production volume, and provide it to the manufacturing department personnel as by the production.
Knowledge § What is an antioxidant?
When plastic absorbs short-wavelength light or is exposed to higher temperatures, the chains break, producing free radicals centered on carbon atoms. This free radical will attack other links and carry out the aging reaction; this free radical will also react with oxygen or water to produce more damaging peroxide free radicals. Antioxidant refers to the chemical substances that can cut off the abovementioned pathways, including deactivating free radicals, decomposing peroxides, inhibiting aging reaction catalysts, etc. The most common antioxidants are Hindered Phenols, Hindered Amines, Phosphites, etc. Using several different antioxidants is often more effective than a single type of Antioxidant.
