Experiment § Types of moisture-curing resin
Common moisture curing resins are divided into the following types:
1. PU type, the principle is that NCO reacts with moisture and releases CO2 to form a bridge. 2. Silicon type, the principle is Silane and moisture reaction, it can be divided into two types: deacidification type and dealcoholization type. 3. Silane + PU type, with PU as the main structure, with Silane functional groups attached to the end of the molecule, all belong to dealcoholization type, and methanol will be released during the reaction. Each of these three resins has different application fields. Generally speaking, PU that uses NCO to react has better adhesion to plastics, such as PC, PVC, PMMA, and TPU. In contrast, moisture-curable Silicon resin exhibits excellent adhesion to inorganic materials, such as stone, metal (aluminum, copper, iron), and glass. Silane + PU type products with silane as the end have good adhesion characteristics to inorganic substances, but the adhesion ability to some plastics is slightly inferior to traditional moisture curing PU. The three are sorted as shown in the table on the right, : excellent, r: moderate; Í: poor. At present, Everwide Chemical has begun to promote two series of products: 1. Moisture curing PU type: FS033 / FS033W, which is suitable for organic materials. 2. Silane + PU type: FS006/ FS006W, it is suitable for inorganic materials. We look forward to providing customers with more diversified choices in general-purpose adhesive and infusion applications.

Activity § A brand new garden
The most popular of Everwide Chemical is the leafy garden, which has dense verdant woods and is a place for employees to rest and relax. At the end of last year, we started to tidy up the garden. We used weekends and holidays to remove weeds and clear out the stones buried in the soil in the garden so that the trees could take root deeper and more stable. Recently, Mr. Ye, the gardener, joined us to help us organize the garden. The groomed garden is full of colorful roses. Mr. Ye even arranged the beaming Christmas decorations one by one in the flower garden, embellishing the beautiful colors of the flower garden. The new garden brings us endless vitality. Thanks to the colleagues and gardeners who worked hard to organize the garden, let the garden look new, and continue to accompany Everwide to grow.
Knowledge § Can solvents be used to remove cured resin?
Once the thermosetting resin is cured and formed, it can no longer be dissolved in the solvent. But if they are immersed in a suitable solvent, this type of plastic will swell, soften, lose strength, and even break into tiny rubber particles due to the absorption of the solvent. Commercially available paint removers use this principle to select a combination of high boiling points and high polarity solvents to achieve the purpose of removing the cured resin.
Living § Fascinating solar system
Where is the solar system? How would you describe it? To introduce the solar system, we must first introduce what are the stars, planets, and satellites. A star refers to a star that does not move, emits light on its own, and generates heat. A planet is a stellar body that does not emit light by itself, but emits light by reflecting the light of the star, and orbits the star. What is a satellite? Satellites are small celestial bodies that revolve periodically around planets in fixed orbits.
The solar system is a celestial system composed of stars orbiting around it under the gravitational force with the sun as the center. This system includes the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, asteroids, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto (Pluto planet qualification has been delisted, now known as dwarf planets), some satellites, comets, meteoroids, etc. . But there are many celestial systems like the solar system in the vast universe, and the solar system is only a small part of the Milky Way. The author believes that there should be aliens. Because from a statistical point of view, there should be many planets in the universe that meet the conditions for life, but we need time to prove it.
