Experiment § Chip-on-Glass
COG (Chip-On-Glass) is an advanced packaging technology that interconnects IC and substrate. This technology uses ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) as the intermediate interface and COG (Chip-On-Glass) to bond the IC chip with gold bumps to the ITO end of the LCD.
When this structure is applied to a liquid crystal display, and because the substrate is glass, it is called COG. In the early days, solvent-based adhesives were used to cover the COGITO circuit to protect the ITO circuit. However, solvent-based adhesives have problems with volatility, rework-ability, and cost. Therefore, photo-curing resins with good rework-ability and fast curing methods are currently used to increase the production rate. There are currently two related products of Everwide: FR238-4 and FR252-6. Welcome to try our products in related fields.

Activity § Southeast Asia expansion tour
As Everwide enters its tenth year, what we think of is how to expand our business territory? In addition to actively exploring new sources of customers in Taiwan, we have also invested a lot of capital and manpower to develop the Chinese mainland market and extend it to other regions. After two months of work, we officially expanded to Southeast Asia at the end of March and went to Singapore and Malaysia. We were deeply attracted by the beautiful scenery of Singapore and Malaysia, the colleagues and customers we visited also warmly welcomed us. During this journey, the biggest gain is that we have made many good friends, and we hope that we will visit them again as soon as possible. Thanks to the love of old and new friends, Everwide Chemical strives to create a world of its own. We hope that we can continue to open up new business territory, uphold the spirit of innovation, provide better services, grow together with customers, and create a new future.
Knowledge § What to do when epoxy resin crystallizes?
Some epoxy resins tend to be granular due to their composition, and even all become hard. The epoxy resin at this time is not broken but crystallized. Theoretically, the epoxy resin crystals will melt as long as they are heated at 60°C. The A agent of the two-component resin can be treated like this without fillers. If it can be stirred after heating, it will ensure the uniformity of the product and retain the characteristics of the product. When the A agent of the two-component resin is filled with fillers, it must be stirred again after heating to avoid precipitation of certain components and causing uneven products. When the single-liquid resin crystallizes, pay attention to the formula composition and reaction temperature. Sometimes it can be used after a little heating to dissolve the crystals, but sometimes heating will trigger a curing reaction, which cannot be remedied.
Living § Where is the air? (3)
We learned that mixing the two will produce carbon dioxide last time, so we mixed the baking soda powder and lemon juice in a bottle to make a set of simple carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. After the experiment, we found that this group of simple carbon dioxide fire extinguishers can really spray carbon dioxide gas to extinguish the burning candles. Where is the air? Put the glass bottle in hot water, the bubbles above will slowly expand and become bigger. Open the vacuum tea package or vacuum rice package, you will hear the sound of air entering the bag, have you noticed? By the pond, you will find bubbles appearing under the lotus leaves, which is also air (oxygen)! Air is actually everywhere, and it is also one of the substances on which we humans depend!
