JE720 High Performance Packaging Adhesive

 The JE720 series is an adhesive developed for electronic product packaging applications. After mixing, this product exhibits good operability and fluidity, meeting the requirements for low halogen content. After curing, it shows good toughness and mechanical properties, demonstrating an excellent anti-cracking effect in both hot and cold shock tests. The hot and cold shock conditions range from -40 °C to 105 °C, and the test conditions are repeated 1000 times. This product is used for actual verification by the client. After undergoing several harsh environmental tests, including 85°C/85% RH for 1000 hours, 125°C/2000 hours, a leakage current test, an insulation resistance strength test, and a voltage withstand test, the material still retains its specific mechanical properties, ensuring that the durability of the terminal product meets market requirements. The mixing ratio of this product is 2:1 . It is easy to mix and operate in general use, and there will be no disparity in the mixing ratio. With automated dispensing equipment, production capacity can be effectively increased to meet customer requirements. After hardening, this product has excellent adhesion strength to metals and can be used in product applications that require high adhesion to metal materials. After hardening, this product exhibits excellent gloss and does not produce greasiness. It can meet customers' appearance requirements. This product exhibits a specific reaction rate after 80 ℃ for 40 minutes, which can effectively improve the production line process rate.
