Experiment § Lightweight soil type gap-filling glue
Modern technology changes with each passing day, many commodities are moving towards "lightweight", but they also want to keep the ideal realm of "high strength". Composite materials are the best materials that can meet this demand. Whether it is sports equipment, bicycles, aerospace technology, etc., applications of composite materials can be found everywhere. Everwide Chemical has developed many unique products to be used in the field of composite materials, such as resins, adhesives, and filler. As mentioned above, composite materials need to be used with many materials. A customer wanted us to develop a lightweight caulking material like "paper clay" because it can be kneaded into any shape on the hand, but it will not remain on the hand, so it is very suitable for filling gaps in the composite. In addition to convenient operation, this material has a density of only 0.4g/cm3, which can produce quite good strength even after high-temperature baking and curing. Different from the previous foam materials, the lightweight soil sealant we developed is the best creation that combines "lightweight" and "high strength"! Activity § 9000+14000+18000
This year is the first time that the three systems of ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 have been verified together. Before the external audit, we arranged 12 colleagues for a week of internal audit activities (Figure 1). In addition to allowing everyone to learn from each other, it can also strengthen everyone's logic of the three systems, and finally, use the suggestions given by the verification unit as the direction of continuous improvement. The effectiveness of the management system depends on daily maintenance and continuous improvement. The implementation committee of our environmental safety and health department conducts monthly meetings on the implementation and improvement of tracking and management goals, the status of the completion of quality goals, and related abnormal statistics. There is a one-hour course in the manufacturing department every week. The content not only includes 5S activities, fire drills, improvement proposals, development of ideas, etc. but also arranges colleagues to conduct environmental safety and health inspections in the workplace every day, so that everyone can develop the habit of wearing protective gear and self-protection. These efforts show that our system is not used to cope with audits. We attach importance to each employee's concept of quality, environmental protection, labor safety, and health, and strive to strengthen this concept. In early November, Everwide completed this year's external audit of 9000+14000+18000, which took two full days (Figure2~4)! The audit teachers affirmed our efforts and encouraged us to make great progress year by year.

Knowledge § About the viscosity of resin products
1. Why does the viscosity of resin products change? Because many organic polymers are not pure substances, homologs, by-products, there are homologs, by-products and so on exist at the same time. Manufacturers will control the content and ratio of these substances within a certain range, but not every batch will be exactly the same, so the viscosity of resin products will vary to a certain extent. Take DGEBA system epoxy resin with the epoxy equivalent of 190 as an example, its viscosity range is about 12,000~18,000cps (±20%). 2. Can the viscosity change of the resin product be controlled in a small range? In fact, many manufacturers of raw materials do not set very strict standards for product specifications, and will not control the viscosity in a small range for applications with special needs. Formulation plants (secondary processing plants) are limited by the specifications of the raw materials, so sometimes it is difficult to control the specifications of the products in a small range, But sometimes similar products, substitutes, or modifiers can be used to limit the viscosity to a small range. Generally speaking, the viscosity of the Newtonian fluid may be controlled within ±10%, and the viscosity is determined according to the composition of the formula. However, the cost may become higher when the viscosity is controlled in a small range, and it is not necessary for most customers and this situation is only a special application case. 3. Why do the viscosity specifications of some curing agents vary greatly? Because some curing agents will add resin to increase the viscosity during the production process. Assuming that the viscosity change of the curing agent is ±20%, the viscosity change of the resin is also ±20%, adding part of the resin to the curing agent to thicken and the viscosity change after the chemical reaction is amplified to more than ±100% is an understandable situation. The magnitude of the change is related to the relative ratio between the curing agent and the resin and the structural properties after the reaction. In the product, technical data of many brands, the qualified viscosity range is set very wide, which is related to the above-mentioned reaction.
Living § Equal proportional
People are always willing to effort. Since we were young, we have been receiving all kinds of efforts, such as the selfless love of our parents, the teachings of teachers without regrets, and the help of our peers. The willingness of everyone to give always allows us to get full support and help when we need it most. Even if we are just asking for directions when we are lost, the guidance of passersby will make us feel grateful. An effort is difficult to quantify, effort and return can not form proportional, more impossible to become equal ratio. An experiment record book full of words turned to a chemistry book that was about to rot, tried many recipes, and never finished writing permutations and combinations. These are our hard work and dedication. We have been thinking about it for several nights, and there are countless sample boxes. We just hope to create a practical and applicable product for customers. Occasional setbacks have hit our confidence several times, but they have made us stronger. The belief that we change our minds and start again and stick to the end makes us very strong. The courage to innovate is our philosophy. To maintain this philosophy, we must continue to work hard. Failure is not shameful, but it is shameful to choose to give up. We must remember that the ancients once said: " Not after a very cold test, can't smell the fragrance of the plum blossom " If there is a dejected person next to you, please remember to give him support and encouragement.
