Experiment § Fast Curing Resins
What customers need is a flexible and fast curing epoxy resin, so we developed the JB591 series. This product is mainly a two-component resin designed to adhesion plastic, metal, glass, and ceramic products. The product features are 1. It can be cured quickly. 2. It has good toughness, low thermal stress, and thermal shock resistance. 3. Good operability, the color will become uniform after about 15 seconds after agent A and agent B are thoroughly mixed, and then it can be used. 4. Good adhesion to different plastic and metal substrates. Using the same material of aluminum, PC, and PVC substrates for sticking, its shear strength is 2~3kgf/cm2 higher than that of competitors (Figure 1). At present, this series has been used to fix the motor silicon steel sheet and the filler of the aluminum plate (Figure 2-4). In response to different needs, Everwide has prepared JB591-13AB non-thixotropic plastic materials and JB591-15AB thixotropic plastic materials (Figure 5). Activity § Intelligent logistics operation
Smart logistics was introduced last year, and barcode scanning can be used to deduct the accounts of raw materials in real-time, improving the consistency of raw materials and performances (Figure 1). From customer orders, purchases, and sales management, to receipt to warehouse and outbound tally, real-time feedback is required to make inventory more accurate (Figure 2, 3). In the past, we relied on paper as the transmission medium, which was easy to cause the problem of time difference. So far, this method has been dramatically reduced (Figure 4, 5). Colleagues said, "Fast information flow and improved efficiency can lead to the more planned completion of work." In addition to improving real-time rates, reducing paper consumption, and saving energy and carbon to save the earth.
Knowledge § Disadvantages of carbon fiber
Compared with other materials, the disadvantages of carbon fiber are as follows: 1—high cost. The price of carbon fiber will be about five times to 25 times higher than that of glass fiber, and the cost is more prominent than steel. 2. Conductivity. Carbon fiber conducts electricity, and glass fiber insulates. Many products use fiberglass instead of carbon fiber or metal because of the stringent insulation requirements. 3. Low plasticity. Unlike metal, which has a certain elasticity and can be repaired after a collision, the composite material made of carbon fiber is difficult to repair after damage and often needs to be replaced entirely. 4. Carbon fiber material has poor recyclability and is challenging to decompose naturally, and a large number of disposals will cause environmental problems.
Living § Art cultivates my heart.
Art can move people, and it can also cultivate people's hearce, I joined the "Jingyang Arts and Cultural Center" as a volun by chanceteer. The Art Center hopes to spread the exhibition of high-quality art to all corners of society. The content of the volunteers is to introduce the exhibits of the Art Center to the audience. The types of artworks in each exhibition are different, so I opened my vision of beauty and understood that artworks contain many broad aspects. For example, paintings are divided into in, oil, abstracts, etc. There are different styles of calligraphy, such as cursive script, official script, and running script. Even if I didn't understand at first, I did my best to learn and accumulate knowledge in training before each practical introduction. It is hoped that the beautiful spirit of nature, humanities, and society in the works of art will be conveyed to those who come to the exhibition. Volunteering at Jingyang Art Center allows me to relax my body and mind through art and improve my crisis management ability and courage to face difficulties when interacting with others. And when the volunteers shared, I learned that the change starts with oneself, and it is more blessed to give than to receive. Friends ask me what I earn as a volunteer? I said that making a peaceful heart is also a realization of self-worth. When I see the faces of the audience leaving the exhibition area with joy, I believe that art makes us have a positive connection with each other. Do you think it is a beautiful thing?
