Experiment § Resin for lubricating layer
Lubricated aluminum sheets are mainly used in the drilling process of the PCB industry and consist of an aluminum substrate and a lubricating layer (Figure 1, 2). The drill first has to pass through the aluminum sheet and then drill down so that it is not easy to slip or angular offset, and it can also improve the accuracy and precision of positioning. The drill can also dissipate heat through the aluminum substrate, which is another function of the aluminum substrate. There is a lubricating layer composed of resin on the aluminum substrate, which can reduce the heat generated by the drill during the process, reduce the wear of the drill, prevent the probability of needle breakage, and improve the service life of the drill. The coating experiment of the lubricating layer resin is as follows: first, use a solvent to clean the surface of the aluminum sheet to be coated, then drop the resin on the surface of the aluminum sheet, and spread the resin into a straight line (Figure 3). Next, use a wire rod to spread the resin evenly and smoothly, and then put it into a 100°C oven for 10 minutes (Figure 4). After baking, take out the aluminum sheet and wait for the temperature to drop to room temperature. Finally, you can get lubricated aluminum sheets covered with a transparent film(Figure 5). Knowledge § Benefits of Kevlar
Kevlar, also known as fully aromatic polyamide fiber, is an organic fiber, and its advantages are as follows: 1. It has good tensile properties (specific strength). 2. It has high elongation at break and impact resistance. 3. Good thermal stability, long-term use temperature under air is 160 ℃. 4. Living § Cherry blossom viewing season in spring
