Experiment § Soft Resin for Speakers
Few people have noticed the voice coil on the back of the speaker, which is fixed on the speaker through adhesive. When the speaker is working, the copper wire will heat up, and the diaphragm will vibrate significantly, which is a strict test for the adhesive. In other words, the adhesive must be resistant to high temperature and vibration and strong enough to allow the speaker to work stably in a high-temperature environment. NH062-1 is a one-component solvent-based soft resin suitable for connecting the inner ring, paper cone, coil, and other components of audio speakers (Figure 1). The surface drying time of NH062-1 is about 20~30 mins at room temperature, and about 10 mins when baked at 70℃. The solvent of this product evaporates to form a soft and strong black film (Figure 2). Product features： 1. It has good stability at room temperature and will only cure after high-temperature heating. 2. The cross-linking reaction was performed at 180°C/1 hr or 200°C/30 mins. 3. Excellent flexibility and toughness after curing. 4. The glass transition point measured by DSC is -13.53°C. 5. TGA 5% weight loss temperature up to 370°C (Figure 3, 4). NH062-1 can endure dimensional differences caused by temperature changes and has good thermal shock resistance and low reaction heat. We measured shear strength with copper sheets, and then after heat aging at 260°C / 96hrs, the measured data was 11.3 kgf/cm2, which is superior to the 9.3 kgf/cm2 competitor. Activity § Outing together is interesting
In the era of rapid information, network communication has become a trend, but interaction in real life is an irreplaceable experience. In the past few months, the company has launched many activities and invited colleagues, relatives, and friends to participate, including making cakes and creating their unique sweetness (Figure 1, 2). Hand-made clay-style tea cups, and then enjoy a good tea and discuss financial planning together (Figure 3). Get to know the century-old farmland water conservancy and environmental education park, become a rural small farmer, and enjoy different life pleasures (Figure 4, 5). Colleagues who go to work together are also good friends after work. This is the biggest harvest of summer vacation.
Knowledge § Why does soap harden outdoors in the sun?
The reaction of oil and sodium hydroxide will produce glycerol and sodium long-chain fatty acid, the latter is called soap base, and the whole process is called saponification. Soaps are made up of a soap base containing glycerin and water and may also contain essential oils, fragrances, and other surfactants. These soap components will volatilize at high temperatures, causing the soap to harden, crack, lose its fragrance, etc. The fatty acid sodium that constitutes the soap base often has unsaturated double bonds. Exposure to sunlight will cause bridging, causing the soap to become stiff and insoluble in water. At this time, the soap is like a piece of plastic and has no cleaning ability at all.
Living § A gift from the mountains and forests
Walking on the leisure trails on vacation, relaxing tense muscles, and breathing fresh air is my way to relieve the stress of life. This activity was interrupted a few years ago due to some factors. But once I ran into an old colleague I had worked with for many years, and he warmly invited me to participate in mountaineering activities, so I stepped out of the mountaineering trail limited to my home. I embarked on a journey to climb an intermediate mountain. This opportunity made me acquainted with many friends who love the mountains. Later, we participated in the No Trace Mountain Forest activity together every year, advocating not to leave garbage in the mountains and forests and not to destroy the plants and trees in the mountains, so start with you and me. During the journey, I will use the lens to record the beauty of the mountains and consider sweeping the fallen leaves on the trail as a sport. Daily life is like climbing a mountain. We must overcome the weather, road conditions, and the test of our physical strength and perseverance to sit in the mountains and admire the majesty of the mountains and forests. People who climb mountains are not necessarily to enjoy the scenery but also to vent the pressure of life. Climbing mountains can completely let me out of my mind. It allows me to exclude the trivial matters of life and have time to think and adjust to the difficulties in my life. Taiwan is a mountainous island, and the mountains and forests need everyone to work together to maintain.
