Experiment § Spin Coating

After the glass substrate is sucked by vacuum, the chemical substance is dropped on the glass or wafer from the upper nozzle. A certain amount of chemical substance is dropped on the wafer or glass substrate and then the chemical substance is evenly dispersed on the wafer or glass substrate by the centrifugal force of rotation. Although the uniformity of the coating film thickness is good, the most important control is the thickness of the chemical substance, which is called the film thickness. The control parameters of film thickness are rotation number and rotation time. The faster the rotation number, the thinner the film thickness, and the longer the rotation time, the thinner the film thickness. The stability of film thickness control depends on film thickness and Uniformity.

Activity § Salt spray test machine

Everwide Chemical has a variety of testing instruments. The salt spray test machine newly purchased recently is mainly used to test the corrosion resistance of the product. The neutral salt spraying test that this instrument can perform is currently the most widely used accelerated corrosion test method. Put the test piece of the product into the instrument to simulate the salt spray corrosion state for 500 to 1000 hours. After the simulation state is over, the adhesion of the test piece is tested to understand whether the product performance has changed. Or visually test whether the product is corroded, which affects the performance of the product. This instrument is widely used in the testing of solar products, bicycle products, and car lights, etc. and these tests provide us with more accurate quality assurance.


Knowledge § Will epoxy resins have chlorine content?

Chlorine is a natural element. Almost everything will have chlorine content. It's just a matter of how much. The peroxide production process of epoxy resin does not introduce chlorine into the epoxy resin, so the chlorine content comes from the content of the raw material itself, so the content is not particularly high. In the process of producing epoxy resin with epichlorohydrin as raw material, most of the chlorine elements will react to form sodium chloride and then be washed out by water. However, there are some side reactions that will leave chlorine in the resin, forming two types of hydrolyzable chlorine and non-hydrolyzable chlorine, causing this type of epoxy resin to have a relatively high chlorine content.

In the solar system family, the more interesting thing is that Mercury and Venus have no satellites between them, and there are one to dozens of satellites between the other planets. The moon we are familiar with is the satellite of the earth. Because the moon is relatively close to the earth, the oceans on the earth will be affected by the moon's gravity to produce tidal phenomena. Mars is special because its two moons look like potatoes rather than round. Because the moons of Mars are too small, so small that there is not enough gravity to turn themselves into a circle, so they take on an irregular shape. The planets in the asteroid belt in the solar system are called inner planets. Planets outside the asteroid belt are called exoplanets. Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system and has no land. It is a gas star that belongs to the outer planets. It is surrounded by an atmosphere composed of gas and liquid and walking on Jupiter is like walking on the clouds. Another outer planet, Saturn, is also very special. It is also a gas star but has a low density. If you put it in the sea that can hold it, this Saturn may float. Uranus is even more miraculous, it is lying and revolving around the sun. So far, what I want to ask is what is the star that orbits the sun the farthest? Everyone thinks the answer must be Pluto.
