No matter what it is free radical or UV cationic curing adhesive, the material adhered to need to have an excellent transmittance, and it exhibits quickly cured through ultraviolet light. Epoxy resin adhesive: It is widely used in various materials and has operation time. In addition, the curing speed is slow and needs a high temperature to be the cure. The UV delayed adhesive can take into account the simple and fast curing of ultraviolet light. It also exhibits a certain operating time to achieve the process requirements.

The important is the adhesive exhibits rapid curing, even the opaque materials. This product can react from seconds to minutes under ultraviolet light. At this time, the adhesive is still in the liquid. It can laminate the other substrate in the correct position and heat it for a short time at 60°C low temperature or considerable intensity at room temperature for few days to make it fully cured. This formula design can achieve the effect of partial curing and pre-fixing in a short time.

Our exposure testing bonds with the aluminum sheets at 500 mj/cm2, and then heating at 60°C/30 minutes. This product is able to achieve 130kgf/cm2 bonding strength.

Characteristics of this product:

1)It is solved the UV-curing adhesive, which not allows two opaque parts to be glued together.

2)The resin canstore in a dark place before exposure to light.

3)In a 40℃ high-temperature environment, this product is more stable than general cationic photo-curable resins and one-component epoxy adhesive. It reduces the problems that may cause by long-term transportation in high-temperature environments.

4)Solved some materials only cured at low-temperature heating, and it is not allowed to cure at high temperature. It can be rapid curing at low temperatures.
