Quickly separation after thermally hydrolyzed and the whole piece is not easily broken. The surface of the substrate does not remain and can use the hot water ultrasonic to shorten the time.

Glass, quartz, ceramic, and crystal are temporarily fixed on the substrate, the separation is not residual after the cutting process.
